Local builders were renovating the house. We replaced a Cardale steel door and wooden frame with a Hormann Cedarwood Caxton wooden door, with a Hormann electric operator. The door was fully finished in Light Oak with a Bronze handle. Other colours are available Walnut, Ebony, Rosewood, Medium Oak, Dark Oak, Golden Oak, Mahogany and Teak, or can come with a base coat which can be stained to match any other colour. Side doors are also available to match.

Hormann electric operators come with two handsets, one micro and one mini as standard. Adjustable soft start and soft stop for gentle, quiet door travel. Automatic door locking makes forced opening practically impossible. A reliable automatic safety cut-out immediately stops the door if it encounters an obstacle. Emergency release from inside if power fails.
